Position: Document Controller

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 SAR per month
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and correspondence in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Keep company legal, commercial, and technical documents updated and readily available for business operations and tender requirements.
- Manage supplier registration and prequalification submissions through procurement portals such as SAP Ariba and other client websites in KSA.
- Handle vendor registration with major clients including Saudi Aramco, Public Investment Fund (PIF), and other government/private clients.
- Monitor portals for RFQs, download tender documents, and share requirements with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents for tender submissions.
- Support preparation and compilation of technical and commercial submissions before deadlines.
- Manage online tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and successful submission before closing dates.
- Track deadlines, maintain submission logs, and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.
- Support management in tendering, procurement, and business development documentation activities.
Required Experience
Previously worked in Saudi Arabia on the SAP Ariba system.
