### About the Role
Bright International is urgently hiring experienced Offshore Crane Operators for a short-term project with Qatar Shell. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a valid offshore crane operator license/certification. Ex-Shell candidates will be given first preference.
### Key Responsibilities
– Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently
– Perform lifting operations in compliance with safety regulations
– Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance
– Coordinate with deck crew and rigging teams
– Adhere to Shell’s HSSE standards
### Requirements
– Valid Offshore Crane Operator License/Certification (e.g., OPITO, API, or equivalent)
– Proven experience as an offshore crane operator
– Ex-Shell candidates highly preferred
– Good physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
