Nasser Overseas Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) or equivalent certification
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in: Industrial Projects, Manufacturing Plants, Construction Projects, Petrochemical Facilities, Oil & Gas Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions
- Monitor compliance with HSE procedures and Permit-to-Work systems
- Prepare risk assessments and JSA reviews
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Maintain HSE records and reports
- Ensure proper use of PPE on site
- Coordinate emergency drills and response activities
- Liaise with client HSE representatives
