A leading Oil & Gas / EPC company is hiring for long term projects in Oman.
Positions Available:
- Lead Project Control & Planning Engineer – Salary: OMR 1700-1900
- Senior Cost Estimation and Control Engineer – Salary: OMR 1400-1500
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Mech/Electrical Engineering
- 12-15 Years experience in planning, control and costing (for Lead)
- Degree in Engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.)
- Membership of internationally recognized professional institute
Skills/Experience:
For Lead Project Control & Planning Engineer:
- 12-15 years of experience in Project Control, Planning & Scheduling in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
- Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel
- Strong knowledge of Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Experience in resource loading, progress monitoring & reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication & reporting skills
For Senior Cost Estimation and Control Engineer:
- Minimum 15 years in Cost Estimating & Control (Construction & Oil/Gas environment)
- Proficient in SAP, SAP BW, CCES, Primavera, and Cost Control systems
- Familiar with Company/Shell standards and International Design & Construction Standards
- Strong knowledge of estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring & variance analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
