Camp Boss – Kuwait – Long-Term Opportunity
We are hiring a Camp Boss for a leading international Oil & Gas company in Kuwait. This is a free recruitment drive with an attractive salary package, free food, and free accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour accommodation / worker camps
- Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of camp residents
- Maintain reporting systems using Microsoft Outlook and other IT tools
- Handle people management with a firm but fair approach
Requirements
- Strong physical presence, calm and disciplined personality
- Experience in managing worker camps or labour accommodation
- Ex-armed forces, civil defence, or police background preferred (not mandatory)
- Good IT knowledge – reporting systems, emails, Microsoft Outlook
- Strong written and spoken English is essential
- Basic Arabic knowledge is an added advantage
- Middle East experience is mandatory
