HamdanGlobal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Production Manager to oversee our furniture manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing large production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality output across joinery, wood machinery, finishing, and CNC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise factory teams of 100–300+ workers
- Oversee entire furniture production workflow from raw material to finished product
- Ensure efficient operation of wood machinery, CNC routers, and finishing equipment
- Implement quality control measures and maintain production schedules
- Train and mentor production staff to meet safety and performance standards
- Collaborate with design and supply chain teams to optimize processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing
- Proven experience managing factory teams (100–300+ workers)
- Strong knowledge of joinery, wood machinery, finishing & CNC operations
- Experience in furniture production workflows and lean manufacturing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
