An International Company in Kuwait is seeking a experienced and disciplined Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor to manage labour accommodation and worker camps. This is a free recruitment opportunity with no fees to candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of worker camps and labour accommodation
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe living environment
- Manage camp staff and coordinate with management
- Report and handle any incidents promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
- Strong physical presence, calm and disciplined personality
- Experience managing labour accommodation / worker camps
- Ex-armed forces, civil defence, or police background preferred
- Firm but fair people-management style
- Good IT skills (basic systems, reporting, emails using Microsoft Outlook)
- Strong written and spoken English is essential
- Basic Arabic would be helpful but not a must
