Job Overview

A leading Oil & Gas / EPC company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Lead QA/QC Inspector – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) for a long-term project. The role offers an attractive salary package of QAR 8,000 – 9,000 per month plus allowances, along with free food and accommodation. Immediate mobilization is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for E&I disciplines in petrochemical, oil & gas, or power projects.
• Develop and implement Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures in line with ISO 9001/14001 and IEC standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Supervise QA/QC teams for Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround projects.
• Ensure proper quality documentation control and compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on quality matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of E&I QA/QC experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Power industries, with at least 3 years as QA/QC Lead.
• Certifications: CompEx certified (or willing to obtain within 3 months).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, IEC standards, auditing, NCR management, RCA, and KPI monitoring.
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS/AIMS/AVEVA systems.
• Language: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
