Soundlines Group is currently seeking experienced electrical engineers for a leading Switchgear Production Company in Kuwait. This is a free recruitment drive with promising career opportunities for professionals specializing in EHV, HV, and LV substation equipment.
Available Positions
1. Protection Maintenance Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (4 years)
- Experience: 10 years in maintenance of protective equipment in EHV, HV, and LV substations
- Skills Required: Theoretical and practical knowledge of all types of protection relays, including distance protection relays and their testing in substations
2. Site Maintenance Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (4 years)
- Experience: 7 years in maintenance of EHV, HV, and LV equipment in substations
- Skills Required: Good knowledge in maintenance of SF6 GIS, power transformers, batteries, etc.
3. Testing & Commissioning Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (4 years)
- Experience: 6 years in testing and pre-commissioning works in EHV and primary substations and associated equipment
- Skills Required: Knowledge of testing CTs, PTs, meters, transducers, and power transformers
General Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in the switchgear industry (as noted)
- Age limit: Up to 45 years
