Job Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and other farm machinery safely.
- Perform vineyard maintenance including pruning, harvesting, and irrigation.
- Assist in planting, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tractor operation and vineyard work preferred.
- Physically fit to work in outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and overtime when required.
- Valid driving license or tractor operation certificate is a plus.
