JAL International is seeking experienced professionals for multiple engineering positions in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical substations (132 kV and above). Below are the detailed requirements for each role.
1. Testing & Commissioning Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years in testing and commissioning of electrical substations or industrial power systems.
- Hands-on experience in commissioning all HV substation components (132 kV and above).
2. Protection Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years in electrical substation protection systems for 11 kV, 132 kV, 230 kV, and 230 kV high voltage substations.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and commissioning of protection relays (Overcurrent, Earth Fault, Transformer and Line Differential, Distance, REF, Busbar protection).
- Experience working on 13.8 kV, 132 kV, 230 kV, and 230 kV high voltage substations.
3. SCADA Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years in SCADA systems design, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with RTU (GE D20, G500) and ABB (560).
- Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture (servers, RTUs, HMIs, gateways, communication networks).
- Experience in IEC 61850 IED configuration, GOOSE messaging, and MMS communication.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration (managed switches, VLANs, fiber optics).
