Job Opportunity: Quality Inspector for SIAFA Dates (Saudi Arabia)
Since 1993, AGHA CARAVAN INTERNATIONAL – a government-registered human resource consultant – is hiring a Quality Inspector for SIAFA Dates in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with negotiable salary, accommodation, and transportation provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in quality inspection or quality control within the food industry
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Conduct inspections of personnel hygiene
- Monitor CCP-2 and HACCP critical limits
- Document inspection findings and maintain quality records
- Support pest control and sanitation practices
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food hygiene, and food safety management systems (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000/BRCGS)
- Basic understanding of pest control and sanitation in food facilities
- Familiarity with quality inspection documentation procedures
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting systems)
