Structure Design Engineer – PCR

Qualifications: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Preparation and review of Layout Drawings (General Arrangement, Architecture Plan, Section, Foundation Fabrication, etc.)
- Selection of architecture and structure materials (Steel Member/I-Beam, Steel Metal Sheet, Walls Roof sandwich panels, Insulation, Doors, and other PCR building hardware accessories)
- Proficiency in STAAD-Pro, Ansys, SAP2000, ETAB, Tekla software
- Preferable: Experience from design consultancy firms dealing with substations or from PCR manufacturers
- Steel Structure Design of PCR (Metallic Prefabricated Power Control Room/Substation/E-House)
- Enclosure Steel Structural Design engineering, sizing, calculation, analysis, Bill of Materials, and relevant drawings/documents
Electrical Design Engineer – PCR

- Electrical Primary and Secondary Design of PCR (Metallic Pre-fabricated Power Control Room/Substation/E-House)
- Experience in substation/PCR layouts, lighting, grounding, shielding design calculations and drawings
- Proficiency in Dialux, ETAP, Multigrid software
- Preferable: Experience from design consultancy firms dealing with substations or from PCR manufacturers
Automation & Control Engineer

Qualifications: B.E. (Electrical/Electronics/Communications) or B.S. in Computer System Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Substation Automation System (SAS) design and engineering
- Power System Automation & Control, covering protection & control configuration of IEDs, BCUs, etc.
- Design of SCADA HMI including SLDs, Alarms & Events, SOEs, Network mapping, Trends & reports
- Communication configuration and interfacing of network devices (Ethernet Switches, Routers, Gateways, Servers, etc.)
- Coordination with customers for successful FAT, SAT, and complete handover
- Full responsibility for overall project documentation
