- Project Engineer – Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 13,000
- R&D Engineer – Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 13,000
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment (Busbar / Switchgear preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or Design Technology
- Must-have knowledge: Waterfall / Stage-Gate product development process
- Skills: Strong planning, organization, and communication abilities
Job Responsibilities
Project Engineer: Manage end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, timeline tracking, and client coordination. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
R&D Engineer: Lead product innovation and design improvements for busbar and switchgear systems. Conduct prototyping, testing, and documentation using Stage-Gate methodology. Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize designs for cost and performance.
