Job Opportunity: Trainers for Oman Long Term OQ Project
Shella Consultants is urgently recruiting experienced trainers for a prestigious long-term OQ Project in Oman. We are looking for qualified professionals in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument disciplines to join our client’s refinery and petrochemical maintenance training team.
Available Positions
- Mechanical Trainer (B.E Mechanical)
- Electrical Trainer (B.E Electrical)
- Instrument Trainer (B.E Instrument)
Key Requirements
- Must have experience as a Technical Training Instructor.
- Relevant broad experience in Refinery or Petrochemical Maintenance process units as a manager or team leader of operations areas.
- Good knowledge of modern Maintenance technologies and Planning techniques.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of mandatory experience in the relevant field.
Project Details
This is a long-term assignment with the OQ Project in Oman, one of the leading integrated energy companies in the region. Selected candidates will be responsible for training and upskilling maintenance teams.
