Urgent Hiring – UAE Long Term Projects
Bright International is recruiting experienced professionals for QA/QC Lead / Manager, QA/QC Engineer, and HSE Manager positions for long-term fabrication yards and EPC offshore/onshore projects in the UAE. Interviews will be conducted online.
QA/QC Lead / Manager
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for fabrication yard and EPC offshore/onshore projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client standards, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).
- Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and audit programs across fabrication, welding, coating, and installation phases.
- Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and classification bodies to ensure smooth inspections, approvals, and documentation closure.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing NCRs, implementing corrective/preventive actions, and mentoring QA/QC teams to enhance quality performance.
QA/QC Engineer
- Execute QA/QC inspection activities for fabrication, welding, piping, and structural works in yard and offshore/onshore EPC projects as per approved ITPs.
- Ensure materials, procedures, and workmanship comply with project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API).
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and final dossiers.
- Coordinate with construction, welding, and client representatives to ensure timely inspections, issue resolution, and project quality compliance.
HSE Manager
- Minimum 20 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 HSE qualification (or higher)
- Strong ADNOC / UAE regulatory exposure (OSHAD, Civil Defense, etc.)
- Proven experience managing multi-project HSE systems and large teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
