Apply now!We are hiring a Lead Civil Engineer for a long-term project in Qatar’s Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent) and a minimum of 15 years of experience in brownfield oil and gas projects within a multidisciplinary workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the management of HSE in the field by demonstrating visible HSE Leadership.
• Leading in developing the execution portion of the schedule for the project.
• Providing input to the development of Project Execution Plans and Risk Registers.
• Developing the Site resourcing plan and selecting/mobilizing the Site Team.
• Ensuring adequate Contractor supervisory, HSE and QA/QC cover of Contractor activities always.
• Establishment of the project temporary Site facilities.
• Ensuring implementation of COMPANY HSSE Plan and Contractor HSSE Plans.
• Ensuring implementation of COMPANY Quality Plan and Contractor Quality Plans.
• Ensuring established systems are implemented to monitor construction schedules.
• Ensuring material storage/warehousing requirements are identified and notify Company’s focal point of project requirements.
Qualification: BSc University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Brown Field Oil and Gas Projects.
