Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or Railway Engineering (preferred where applicable).
Certifications: Additional certifications are preferred based on role – QA/QC certifications, HSE / Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH), Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience: Minimum 5 to 20 years of experience in railway projects.
Key areas of expertise: Track laying & alignment, ballast, sleepers, rail installation, railway electrification / signaling, civil structures (bridges, culverts, stations), Maintenance of Way (MoW) operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to railway standards, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures across all activities.
Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
