Indman Management Consultants, on behalf of our prestigious multinational construction client, is seeking experienced professionals for immediate mobilization to major Oil, Gas, and Shipyard projects in Italy. We are conducting active shortlisting for these long-term positions with final client interviews scheduled for the second week of May 2026.

- Pipe Fabricators
- Welders – GTAW + SMAW – CS (Carbon Steel)
- Welders – GTAW + SMAW – SS (Stainless Steel)
- Welders – GTAW + SMAW – ALLOY / P91 / P92
- Plate Welders FCAW / GMAW – 3G / 4G
Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the applied position with a proven track record. Extensive experience in Overseas Ship Repair Yards, Shipyards, or Maritime & Offshore industries is highly preferred.
