Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Project Controls & Planning Engineers to join our dynamic team working on critical oil and gas infrastructure projects in Oman. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success through effective scheduling, progress monitoring, and controls implementation.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 software
- Prepare and manage Baseline Schedules and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Procurement departments
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of all project phases
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities
- Implement project controls processes to manage scope, schedule, and cost
- Provide regular progress updates and variance analysis to project management
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 project management software
- Practical experience with SAP utilization in Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in Pipeline & Flowline Well Delivery projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
