This is a critical opportunity for seasoned professionals with a proven track record in international projects.
Project & Position Overview
We are seeking highly qualified Construction Managers across three key disciplines to lead and oversee critical construction activities for a major Oil & Gas venture. The project duration is confirmed for 6 months, offering a substantial contract for the right candidates.

- Construction Manager – Civil
- Construction Manager – E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation)
- Construction Manager – Mechanical
Essential Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious roles, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of direct experience in construction management specifically within oil and gas projects.
- International Experience: Overseas project experience is mandatory. Experience in the Middle East/GCC region, particularly Bahrain, will be highly advantageous.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage construction timelines, budgets, safety protocols, quality standards, and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Construction Managers will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities.
- Ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Managing and leading construction teams and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating with project engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Resolving technical and logistical challenges that arise during construction.
