Job Role & Responsibilities
We are urgently seeking experienced and qualified AC Supervisors to join a dynamic facility maintenance team in Oman. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and ensuring the optimal operation of critical HVAC and electro-mechanical systems.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a dedicated service team for the day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of all Air Conditioning units and related systems.
- Managing and overseeing Chiller plant operations and Central HVAC systems.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Performing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Compressors and motors.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues within the HVAC and associated electro-mechanical systems.
- Ensuring high standards of preventive and corrective maintenance are consistently met.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, relevant experience in the following areas:
- Chiller plants
- Central HVAC systems
- BMS (Building Management System)
- Operation and Maintenance of Compressors and motors
- Advanced troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a technical service team.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Exposure to the maintenance of other Electro-Mechanical equipment.
