Job Responsibilities:
For Project Engineer:
- Oversee and manage multiple elevator installation and commissioning projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage project costing, budget allocation, and financial tracking.
- Utilize project management tools and software for planning and reporting.
For Project Coordinator:
- Assist in project costing and the preparation of detailed project schedules.
- Perform daily monitoring of project progress, identifying variances, and reporting to the Project Engineer.
- Handle project documentation, correspondence, and administrative support.
- Maintain clear communication channels between project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Project Engineer:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams.
Project Coordinator:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project support, costing, scheduling, and monitoring within the construction or elevator industry.
- Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle self-correspondence.
