About the Opportunity
A leading company in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector is seeking an experienced Heat Exchanger & Maintenance Manager to oversee critical operations within their oil & gas division. This senior leadership role requires extensive expertise in heat exchanger design, fabrication, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with international standards and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Job Profile
- Manage end-to-end activities of the Heat Exchanger department including engineering, fabrication, testing, and delivery
- Oversee design and thermal calculations for shell & tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers, and pressure vessels
- Ensure strict compliance with ASME, TEMA, API, PED standards and client-specific specifications
- Coordinate effectively with project management, procurement, QA/QC, production, and inspection teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
- Apply hands-on experience with fabrication, inspection, and testing processes
- Lead technical teams and implement best practices in heat exchanger maintenance
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10-15+ years of progressive experience in heat exchanger design & manufacturing within the oil & gas sector
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of heat exchanger engineering, thermal design, and manufacturing processes
- Standards Knowledge: Expertise in ASME, TEMA, API, and PED regulations and compliance requirements
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex projects
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: 15000 Saudi Riyals (SAR)
- Additional Allowances: Housing Allowance (HRA) + Transportation Allowance (TRA)
