Available Positions & Job Descriptions
1. MILL OPERATOR
Mill Type: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) used for Crushing and Blending Chemicals like Barite, Bentonite, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mill machinery through the SCADA / control panel, adjusting operational parameters as required.
- Operate the crusher, set adjustments, and meet crushing targets efficiently.
- Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyor belts.
2. MILL MECHANIC
Mill Type: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) used for Crushing and Blending Chemicals like Barite, Bentonite, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of rollers, liners, whizzers, gearboxes, fans, blowers, conveyors, bearings, rotary valves, screw conveyors, and drive chains.
- Perform weekly inspection of roller, plow tip, bull ring, liner plate, bearings, rotary valve, whizzer blade, and fan impeller.
- Maintain cyclone, dust collector, crusher feeder, diaphragm pumps, and packing machine systems.
