Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough quality control inspections on welding activities for spherical tank projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality standards throughout the construction phase
- Conduct material verification and weld procedure qualification reviews
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in spherical tanks projects
- Mandatory CSWIP 3.1 certification (Welding Inspector)
- Strong knowledge of international welding codes and standards
- Experience with non-destructive testing methods and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
