Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform TSA (Thermal Spray Application) and spray painting tasks on oil and gas equipment and structures.
- Ensure high-quality surface preparation, coating application, and finishing as per project specifications.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in the painting division.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and touch-ups to ensure durability and corrosion resistance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have proven GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience in a painting division, preferably in oil and gas or related industries.
- Technical knowledge of TSA applicators and spray painting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and coating specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Relevant certifications in painting or coating applications are an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments.
