We are currently shortlisting candidates for two critical positions: Insulation Tube Fabrication Worker and Lamination Stacking Operator.

Available Positions & Job Responsibilities
1. Insulation Tube Fabrication Worker
- Manufacturing insulation components for industrial applications
- Implementing cost control measures in production processes
- Maintaining 5S management system on shop floor (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Ensuring quality standards in insulation tube fabrication
2. Lamination Stacking Operator
- Operating lamination stacking machinery and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with “Three Compliance” requirements (standard industry quality checks)
- Managing production flow and workflow efficiency
- Inspecting previous shifts’ output against technical drawings and specifications
- Supervisory Duties: Organizing orientation for new team members, coaching junior staff, and identifying bottlenecks in workflow processes
Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- For Lamination Stacking Operator: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Experience in Oil & Gas or related manufacturing industries preferred
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards
