Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of Gulf region experience specifically in Oil & Gas sector
- NEBOSH certification obtained before 2021 (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of international safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record in implementing safety protocols in hazardous environments
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs for oil and gas operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports
- Conduct safety training sessions for staff and contractors
- Maintain safety documentation and records
