Core Responsibilities
The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading telecom & IT design in compliance with Saudi Aramco SAES-T standards, SAEP-99, and cybersecurity requirements
- Designing, coordinating & executing: Corporate data network, Private IP network, VoIP systems
- OSP Fiber Optic Networks & Structured Cabling in TRs and TERS
- Implementing Wireless LAN, IP Telephony, AV & Video Wall Systems
- DMZ architecture, network segregation, and Cybersecurity implementation
- Tetra radio system and indoor enhancement system coordination
- Coordinating with Saudi Aramco PMT, Contractor, and Proponent teams for approvals and technical alignment
- Preparing material submittals, MOS, and supervising shop drawings and As-Built documentation
- Supervising installation, testing, commissioning, FAT & SAT processes
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience on Saudi Aramco projects
- Strong knowledge of SAES-T standards and Aramco approval workflow
- Hands-on experience in:
- OSP fiber & structured cabling for telecom systems
- Corporate data network, Private IP network, WLAN, IP Telephony
- Audio Visual (AV) systems and Video Conferencing systems
- CNMS, Cybersecurity implementation
- Tetra radio system, Indoor enhancement system
- Telecom room layout & implementation
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
