We are currently hiring for Cooks and a Sous Chef specializing in Salad departments. Available Job Positions and Requirements
1. Cook – Continental Cuisine Specialist
Salary: QAR 2,500 per month
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in preparing continental cuisines
- Previous experience in star hotels or high-end restaurants preferred
- Understanding of international culinary standards and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced catering environment
2. Cook – South Indian/Indian Cuisine Specialist
Salary: QAR 2,000 – 2,200 per month
Requirements:
- Expertise in preparing authentic South Indian and Indian cuisines
- Knowledge of regional Indian cooking techniques and spices
- Experience in commercial kitchen operations
- Ability to maintain consistent quality in large-scale food production
3. Sous Chef – Salad Department
Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month
Requirements:
- Ability to manage the entire Salad department for central kitchen operations
- Experience in salad preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Menu planning and innovation capabilities for salad offerings
