Join Our Safety Team in the Oil & Gas Industry
AE AL-Yousuf Enterprises L.L.P., a reputable overseas human resources consultancy registered under the Ministry of External Affairs (Govt. Of India), is actively seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals for major EPC and Construction projects within the oil and gas sector. We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill critical roles in our HSE & Safety Department.
Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. HSE Manager
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s HSE management system for oil & gas projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and audit programs.
- Manage and mentor the HSE team, providing training and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters.
2. HSE Supervisor
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to HSE plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
- Report hazards, near misses, and incidents, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE records and documentation for assigned project areas.
3. HSE Document Controller
- Manage and control all HSE documentation, including manuals, procedures, permits, and reports.
- Ensure proper version control, distribution, and archiving of HSE documents.
- Prepare and compile HSE performance reports, statistics, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external HSE audits.
- Maintain databases for training records, certifications, and compliance documents.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Relevant degree/diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in HSE roles within the EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- For Manager role: 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- For Supervisor role: 5+ years of relevant field experience.
- For Document Controller role: 3+ years of experience in document control within HSE or project management.
