Key Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Indian sweets and desserts with consistent taste and quality
- Ensure timely production to meet daily requirements
- Maintain highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in food preparation areas
- Strictly follow food safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors for smooth operations
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Develop and maintain standardized recipes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- 3 to 5 years of working experience as Mithai Halwai or in relevant trade
- Ability to understand basic spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Bengali sweets preparation is preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a team environment
