**Job Overview:**
We have immediate openings for the following positions in Saudi Arabia:
– Chef de Partie
– Demi Chef de Partie
– Commis 1, Commis 2, Commis 3
Candidates must have hands-on experience in preparing Lebanese, Arabic, and Mediterranean cuisine. Successful applicants will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, upholding the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare, cook, and present authentic Lebanese, Arabic, and Mediterranean dishes.
– Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s stringent quality and presentation standards.
– Assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and cost control.
– Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
– Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
– Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of kitchen supplies.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Proven experience as a Chef in Lebanese, Arabic, or Mediterranean cuisine.
– For Chef de Partie: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant.
– For Demi Chef de Partie: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
– For Commis: 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates from recognized culinary institutes.
– In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
– Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
– Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
