A prominent and leading dairy company based in Oman is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a key role within the organization, focusing on strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management to support the company’s supply chain operations.

Key Qualifications & Educational Requirements
- Primary Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law (LLB/LLM), Engineering, or Business.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), MBA, or a certificate course in Supply Chain Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Must possess a strong understanding of contract law, FIDIC principles, and commercial terms.
- Prior experience within the dairy products or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
- Keen knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques with an ability to analyze and ‘read’ market trends.
- Proven talent in negotiations and networking.
- Strong experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with supplier and third-party management software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
