Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, issuing, and dispatch in line with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Manage inventory planning, material identification, documentation, and preparation of accurate inventory and audit reports.
- Ensure quality checks of materials as per purchase orders and client requirements, including closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate timely delivery and handover of materials as per demand reports and work orders, including inter-warehouse transfers.
- Optimize resource utilization and control costs by minimizing material loss, damage, and overstocking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/ERP systems and strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
