SATCO (SAUDI ARABIAN TRADING & CONSTRUCTION CO.) is urgently seeking highly experienced professionals for two key leadership positions: Bid Constructability Manager and PMO Director. These are critical roles within one of Saudi Arabia’s premier construction and trading companies.
Position 1: Bid Constructability Manager
Primary Experience Required: Extensive experience in drafting and developing comprehensive construction methodologies at the pre-bidding stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Civil & Constructability Content: Lead the development and review of all civil and constructability aspects of project bids.
- Technical Proposal Development & Writing: Author and oversee the creation of detailed, compelling technical proposals.
- Alignment with Estimation & Commercial Pricing: Ensure seamless integration between technical proposals, cost estimations, and commercial strategies.
- Programme, Sequencing & Cash Flow Input: Provide critical input on project timelines, work sequencing, and financial forecasting for bids.
- Risk Identification & Technical Governance: Proactively identify potential project risks and establish technical governance frameworks for proposed solutions.
- Bid Review & Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of bid submissions to ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and competitiveness.
Position 2: PMO Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Cost Management & Control: Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial control mechanisms across the portfolio.
- Planning & Scheduling: Direct the development and maintenance of master project schedules and planning activities.
- Risk Management: Implement and manage enterprise risk management processes for all projects.
- Portfolio Management & Reporting: Manage the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals, and deliver comprehensive performance reports to senior management.
- Resource Planning: Strategically plan and allocate human and material resources across multiple projects.
Qualifications & Skills for Both Positions:
- Interface Management: Proven expertise in managing interfaces between stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree is required.
- Document Attestation: An added advantage if the degree is attested by the Saudi Arabian Embassy.
- Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of total relevant experience is mandatory.
- GCC Experience: At least 10 years of experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is compulsory.
