Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overseas recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, as needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Overseas Recruitment.
• Skills: Proven ability in lead generation, client handling, and relationship-building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• License: Must hold a valid Indian 4-wheeler Driving License.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Education: MBA in Administration is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders are eligible.
