Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in the same field.
- Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction sessions and provide training on company procedures and government regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage employee benefits, end-of-service processes, and submit documents timely for final settlements.
- Monitor employee contract status and manage contract renewals efficiently.
- Coordinate with Resource Management (RM) for employee returns, replacements, and refusal-to-work cases.
- Update all contract actions and employee details in the CRM system accurately.
- Manage and verify employee timesheets, salary details, and related documents.
