Job Description

The Fit-Out Engineer will be responsible for managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring that interior construction aligns with design plans. Key duties include coordinating with various teams, overseeing quality control, managing budgets, scheduling, supervising site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other teams.
• Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.
• Supervise the correct execution of interior designs, including space planning and material arrangements.
• Manage and coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and IT installations with various trades.
• Regularly inspect construction sites to identify and address potential issues and ensure quality.
• Guide and instruct construction teams and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all construction meets specified standards for quality, durability, and safety.
• Verify that all work adheres to legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Relevant educational and work experience certificates.
