We are recruiting for a long-term offshore position as General Foreman for a reputed oil and gas company based in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the assembly process, including development, profiling, erection, and initial installation, working independently from engineering drawings.
- Manage and control multi-trade labor in an offshore environment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Apply thorough knowledge of piping structure, fabrication, and welding processes, complying with major codes of practice specified by Qatar Energy.
- Utilize trade qualifications to support and supervise various trades under your control.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil industry construction work with offshore exposure.
- At least 2 years spent at the foreman level in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication.
- Trade qualification relevant to the controlled trades.
Required Certifications
- Valid Gulf T-Bosiet and H2S certificates are mandatory.
