We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure organizational growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in Training Program Development and Delivery: Deliver and develop comprehensive training plans aligned with the company’s Approved Training Matrix and objectives. Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources as per standard elements. Utilize diverse training methods, including in-person sessions, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
- Program Implementation and Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training programs for Metro employees. Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops to ensure high participation and knowledge retention. Train and support Key Trainers to maintain consistent and effective content delivery.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Develop and implement evaluation tools to assess training program effectiveness. Analyze participant feedback to drive continuous improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into training plans for enhanced outcomes.
- Competency Management: Lead the competency management process by providing guidance, support, and professional development for assessor and verifier training. Ensure assessors complete required assessments as per Assessor Guideline 9, covering Professional Discussion, Observation, and Simulations. Develop and maintain yearly plans to sustain competency standards.
