Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily transportation schedules for inbound and outbound materials, equipment, and goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and dispatch planning.
- Supervise and track daily fleet operations using GPS and transport management systems.
- Prepare and maintain trip schedules, delivery logs, and transport documentation.
- Coordinate with external transport vendors and ensure service compliance with company standards.
- Utilize fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and ERP tools (SAP preferred).
