Available Positions
- Bakery Chef: Bake a range of items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts for catering events.
- Arabic Cook: Present authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes for large-scale catering events, buffets, and daily service.
- Cook (Hot Section): Prepare all hot food items such as soups, sauces, grilled meats, and intercontinental dishes for events and daily service.
- Appetizer Maker / Salad Maker: Prepare and present a variety of fresh salads, cold appetizers, and dressings.
- Butcher: Expertly cut, trim, and prepare various meats and break down larger cuts into smaller portions like steaks, roasts, and chops for event menus.
- Waiter: Arrange tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other settings. Set up buffet lines and drink stations. Age limit 21-32 years.
- Housekeeper: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas. Includes washing dishes, cleaning utensils and equipment. Age limit 21-32 years.
- Dyna Driver (KSA Heavy License): Candidates must hold a valid or expired KSA heavy driving license (original or copy).
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Presentable appearance
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations, industrial catering kitchens, or mass-production food environments
