Key Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil engineering supervision and site management
- GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience preferred
- Proven background in Oil & Gas, substation, industrial, and building projects
- Strong knowledge of BBS (Behavior-Based Safety), Estimation, Billing, and Execution
- Hands-on experience with IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings
- Ability to manage site operations and ensure project compliance
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage project estimation, billing, and cost control
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Review and interpret IFC drawings and technical documents
- Monitor project progress and report to management
