Falcon Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor specializing in HVAC systems for a long-term project in Bahrain. This position offers free accommodation and a competitive salary of BHD 300, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in the MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage maintenance activities for HVAC systems, including chillers, chilled water systems, and package units.
- Oversee electrical distribution systems in buildings, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all maintenance procedures adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized engineering college.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of MEP experience in HVAC system maintenance with reputed contracting companies in India or GCC regions.
- Experience in maintaining electrical distribution systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English communication (emails, reports) and familiarity with Auto CAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
