Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily rigging and lifting operations
- Prepare rigging plans for heavy equipment lifts
- Conduct pre-lifting orientation and safety briefings
- Enforce company rules, safety, and quality standards
- Ensure safe operation of cranes and forklifts
- Maintain proper lifting signals and safety practices
- Good English communication and supervisory skills
- Ensure PPE usage and compliance with HSE policies
