Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Good technical knowledge of petrochemical operations
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Polystyrene field (including EPS, HIPS, and GPPS)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit materials & energy balance to assess plant efficiency, yields, and losses
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports
- Manage monthly closing processes in SAP
- Handle SAP transactions (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Good Receipt, Service Entry Sheet)
- Ensure unit operation within design limits and maintain product quality standards
- Implement corrective actions for any quality deviations
