Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care in physical medicine and rehabilitation for geriatric patients in home health settings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress of geriatric patients.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home care strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Geriatrics (Internal Family Medicine), or Post Graduate / Fellowship in Geriatrics.
- Western qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar field within a reputed hospital.
- Preferred industry background: Healthcare / Medical / Hospital / Homecare.
