Nasser Overseas Consultants is urgently seeking a qualified Mechanical Supervisor for a leading poultry company in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanical professionals with specialized knowledge in poultry slaughterhouse operations.

Job Overview

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical maintenance operations within the poultry slaughterhouse facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Marel machinery and a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities in the slaughterhouse department
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment
• Ensure optimal performance of Marel machines and other slaughterhouse equipment
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
• Manage maintenance team and coordinate with production departments
• Maintain equipment records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within poultry industry
• Specific experience in slaughterhouse operations is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Marel machines in slaughterhouse environment
• Strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
